Billy Napier has faced challenges during his time as the head coach of the Florida Gators. During his two seasons at Florida, he has yet to achieve a winning season, leading many to believe that this could be his final year in Gainesville, Fla.

According to SEC Network's Paul Finebaum , the outcome of Florida's first game against Miami could determine the success of the Gators' season. If Florida wins, it could be a good season, but if the Gators were to lose, things could turn ugly quickly.

"The first game is going to tell everything," Finebaum said. "Should they get by, and remember this is a team that beat Utah a couple of years ago, and everybody thought it would be great, and it wasn't. Can they get by Miami?"

Finebaum feels that game is crucial due to Florida's challenging schedule. Sports Illustrated ranked Florida's schedule as the toughest in the SEC.

Finebaum also acknowledges that the Gators have talented players and a good quarterback, but ultimately, he hasn't seen enough from Napier to believe he will make a significant impact wherever he goes.
