Elderly Marion man allegedly threatens neighbor with shotgun over loud music
A dispute over loud music led to the arrest of a 74-year-old Ocklawaha man after he was accused of threatening one of his neighbors with a shotgun. On Thursday, a Marion County Sherif’s Office deputy responded to a residence located on SE 95th Street Road in Ocklawaha in reference to an incident involving a firearm. Upon arrival, a male victim told the deputy that the incident occurred while he was working on several vehicles on his property, which shares a fence line with his neighbor, Harold Eugene Kyzer, according to the arrest report.
