Man who pushed woman out of moving car near Ballston sentenced
A Maryland man has been sentenced to 45 years behind bars after pushing a woman out of a moving vehicle near Ballston, causing severe injuries. Willie James Clements Jr., 61, was sentenced to 35 years for aggravated malicious wounding, as well as the maximum 10 years for hit-and-run, in Arlington County Circuit Court last week.

Suspect arrested in fatal stabbing of state worker in West Baltimore
WBFF (Baltimore, MD) — Police have arrested a man who is suspected of stabbing to death a state contract worker in West Baltimore. The fatal stabbing of Devin Butler happened in the 2400 block of West Lafayette Avenue on July 5. He had celebrated his 33rd birthday on June 27—just eight days before he was killed.
