Referee shortage hurts Montana high school sports, changes game nights
BOZEMAN, Mont. – High school sports across Montana are experiencing a shortage of referees and game officials as the fall season kicks off. Amy Bartels, Assistant Director of the Montana High School Association, explained the shortage is largely due to the busy schedules of referees.
