STOCKTON, Calif. — A man on a motorcycle was killed in a crash Saturday night in Stockton, California Highway Patrol said. The crash happened around 8:34 p.m. on southbound Highway 99, south of Wilson Way. A man later identified as John Skipper, 56, of San Leandro, was riding a motorcycle traveling at 80 mph, CHP said.
