NCAA Releases the 2025 D1 Swimming & Diving Qualification Standards

During the day 7 finals session of the 2024 Paris Olympics, Australian Cam McEvoy made history, winning Australia’s first gold medal in the men’s 50 freestyle. McEvoy won the race in 21.25, which was a bit off his Australian Record of 21.06, however, it got the job done. McEvoy has been on a journey of revolutionizing pure sprint training for the past few years, so let’s take a look at how his racing looks. The NCAA issued a four-year show-cause order against Jim Harbaugh, the former Michigan coach, after finding numerous rule violations. 

“A Division I Committee on Infractions panel determined former Michigan head football coach Jim Harbaugh violated recruiting and inducement rules, engaged in unethical conduct, failed to promote an atmosphere of compliance, and violated head coach responsibility obligations,” the NCAA said in its statement on Wednesday.

The violations surround prohibited contact with recruits and players during the COVID-19 pandemic.



Moreover, the school admitted that it failed to monitor the football program.
