Stacy Lee Drake, 50, was arrested in Morrilton on Thursday morning after a multi-day search.

Drake was officially charged with two counts of first-degree murder and robbery with a dangerous weapon.

In the filing, the two victims were identified as Tara Underwood and Taylor Sharp.

The Sequoyah County Sheriff’s Office was notified on June 18 of an incident at LaFerry’s in Gans after Underwood’s fiancé allegedly found her and Sharp’s bodies.

SCSO requested assistance from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations (OSBI) for a double homicide.

Court documents say OSBI agents reviewed surveillance video of the business and a white man, later identified as Drake, can be seen entering the business between 2:49 p.m. and 3:05 p.m.

Once Drake left LaFerry’s, he reportedly drove away in Underwood’s vehicle. The filing said no other person was at the business until Underwood’s fiancé.

The vehicle was later found at a motel in Morrilton. Drake was reportedly seen on the motel’s security camera in the same clothes and gloves as the surveillance footage in Gans.

Drake provided an Alabama driver’s license to the Morrilton motel.

He is reportedly tied to four homicides.

In addition to the two deaths in Gans, Drake has been connected to a homicide investigation in El Reno, Okla. where 56-year-old Phillip Emerson was found dead at a residence on June 14, the El Reno Police Department confirmed to Nexstar’s KFOR .

Drake is also connected to a homicide investigation in Tuscaloosa, Ala. where 62-year-old Russell Thomas Andrews was found dead outside of an Alcoholics Anonymous building on May 14, according to Nexstar’s WIAT .
