Pokorny, the son of fallen trooper Joseph R. Longtime Drexel men’s lacrosse coach Brian Voelker has retired, the school announced Sunday. Dragons assistant Steve Boyle has been named the interim head coach. Voelker is the second-winningest head coach in Drexel history after going 114-98 in 15 seasons. He was previously the head coach at Penn for seven seasons. He also coached in the pros, guiding the Baltimore Bayhawks to a division title in Major League Lacrosse.
