WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - After more than two weeks of restrictions, the City of Wichita offered further insight into how much water is being saved. Black & Veatch Sells Business to Dycom Industries for $150M
Overland Park-based Black & Veatch has sold its public carrier wireless telecommunications infrastructure business for $150 million. Dycom Industries, Inc., announced it acquired the business in a strategic move to address growth opportunities in wireless network modernization, according to a release. Dycom predicts the company to generate $250 million to $275 million in contract revenues over the fiscal year 2026.
