CONWAY, S.C. – Coastal Carolina's first baseman Georgia Hood is currently competing in the 2024 Women's Softball World Cup Finals for the Australian national team. The tournament is taking place in Castions di Strada, Italy. Hood has played and started in all three group games for Australia, competing against Japan, Netherlands, and Puerto Rico.
