Dietrich Lee Arthur Hudson was charged Wednesday with seven felony counts of assault with a deadly weapon and two misdemeanor counts of hit-and-run with property damage. He pleaded not guilty and was scheduled for a pretrial hearing July 25.

Hudson was accused of crashing into the rear of another car a few times in a road-rage dispute about 2:30 p.m. Monday at Euclid St. and Garden Grove Blvd., police said. The other vehicle had seven people in it.

Hudson was also accused of an unrelated hit-and-run accident a short time before the alleged road rage incident, police said. No one was injured in either of the collisions.

Hudson's city of residence was not made available.
