Firecracker Fest is still on for Saturday evening at Mill Creek Park
UPDATE 8:15 pm - Mill Creek Regional Park has been re-opened. It is safe to enter the park. At 7:30 pm on Saturday, June 29, 2024 lightening alarms went off at Mill Creek Regional Park the location of the 2024 Firecracker Fest. Events were paused temporarily and guests were asked to return to their cars as a safety precaution. According the the National Weather Service in Charleston the rain is expected to clear out by 9:00 pm in time for the fireworks show at 9:15pm. Keep checking back here for updates or changes.
