Most of the entire trail is very straightforward and not too difficult although getting to the actual summit is a bit of a crazy scramble. At least it was to me since I couldn't find an obvious path up there for the very last portion.
U.S. Border Patrol Indio agents seize 92 pounds of cocaine
INDIO – U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to the El Centro Sector arrested two United States citizens attempting to smuggle 92 pounds of cocaine. According to a press release from U.S. Customs and Border Protection, on Monday, July 15 at approximately 2:50 p.m., a white SUV approached the U.S. Border Patrol Highway 86 immigration checkpoint. During the primary inspection, a Border Patrol K-9 detection team alerted to the presence of concealed people or drugs.
