One person critically injured after car crash in Valley, Nebraska
OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - One person was taken to the hospital in critical condition after a car accident early Saturday morning. The crash happened near Highway 275 just south of Ida street at 3:20 a.m. Around the same time of the crash there was a vehicle fire near Highway 275 east of Meigs street.
Parking Garage Goes Vertical at 72nd & Mercy
Construction has gone vertical on a parking garage that will serve a future apartment building at 7101 Mercy Road. The 4-story apartment building will have 200 apartment units. The new structures sit on a 3.5-acre site immediately east of the recently completed Community Alliance building. Late last year, crews tore down a 3-story, brick building on the site to make way for the new development.
Portion Of 84th Street To Close July 29
LINCOLN–(KFOR July 27) Lincoln Transportation and Utilities (LTU) this week today announced that 84th Street from “O” to Van Dorn streets will be closed beginning Monday, July 29 as a part of a Lincoln on the Move street improvement project. The intersection of 84th and “A” streets will also be closed to through traffic on “A” Street. Access to homes and businesses in the area will be maintained. The intersection work is scheduled to be completed by August 9.
