Duncan man dies in Garvin County crash
GARVIN COUNTY, Okla. (KSWO) - A Duncan man lost his life in a crash in Garvin County Saturday afternoon. It happened on Highway Seven, about four miles east of Hennepin. According to Oklahoma Highway Patrol, 21-year old James Martinez struck a flatbed trailer from behind, after the driver of the vehicle pulling the trailer was stopped by a flagman due to a lane closure in a construction zone.
OHP: Duncan man killed in Saturday afternoon wreck
HENNEPIN, Okla. — A Duncan man was killed in a wreck along a Garvin County highway, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported. At about 3:10 p.m., James Martinez, 21, was driving a vehicle east on OK-7, about 4 miles east of Hennepin. A pickup with a 32-foot flatbed trailer was also on the eastbound side of the highway and stopped by a road worker due to a lane closure in a construction zone, troopers said.
