While the majority of restaurants in Escambia County passed health inspections in the last 30 days, a few establishments faced temporary closures due to significant violations, according to state reports.

In the past month, 69 restaurants located in Escambia County passed inspections on the first visit, with 46 receiving zero violations.

However, the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation reported 10 restaurants that did not pass their initial inspections.

Three restaurants stood out with seven violations each, though all eventually met inspection standards. Two of these facilities were temporarily closed by authorities before rectifying the issues.
