    The subsequent inspection on August 16 found 17 violations, with one high-priority infraction, further demanding another review. Despite these issues, the restaurant wasn't forced to close, but it needs to rectify the violations before the next review.

    The initial inspection on August 15 highlighted several high-priority violations. These included a dish machine with a cleaning substance that was not at the correct strength, live insects in the kitchen area, several flying insects noted near food preparation and dishwashing areas, and unsuitable gloves used by employees.

    Additionally, some food items were held at temperatures exceeding safe limits.

    Intermediate violations involved soiled food-contact surfaces and blocked handwash sinks.

    Basic violations were numerous, with issues like debris accumulation on equipment, dead roaches found on the premises, and structural problems such as broken cove molding and missing drain covers.

    A follow-up inspection conducted on August 16, 2024, indicated that the facility would require further review, with 17 violations still pending, including one high-priority violation.
