Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin in Kissimmee, Florida, received a warning from state inspectors after multiple violations were found during a recent inspection. The popular coffee and donut shop, located at 807 W Vine St in Osceola County, Florida, was cited for 11 violations, including one high-priority infraction, according to state records.

The initial inspection on August 29, 2024, revealed one high-priority, four intermediate, and six basic violations. This Kissimmee Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin was not ordered to close but required a follow-up inspection.

A subsequent review on September 5 found only one basic violation remaining.

During the first inspection, inspectors noted personal items stored incorrectly at the donut station. The inspector observed employees wore jewelry while preparing food, and drinks were found on a table with single-service items. The handwash sink was blocked by trays, making it unreachable.

The shop lacked proof of required state-approved employee training, while no copy of the latest inspection report was available on-site.

The high-priority violation involved an employee not washing hands before wearing gloves to work with food. This was corrected on-site during the inspection.

Meanwhile, intermediate violations included an inaccessible handwash sink, lack of a certified food manager on duty, and no proof of required state-approved employee training.

Basic violations ranged from unsuitable food storage containers to employees eating in restricted areas.

This Kissimmee Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin is open from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and has a 3.9-star rating from 868 Google reviews.

The Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation reminds patrons that each inspection is a snapshot of conditions at that time.
