Beef O Brady's in Land O' Lakes faced 24 violations during a Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation inspection on October 7, 2024. The pub chain, located at 7040 Land O' Lakes Blvd UNIT 108, received four high-priority, three intermediate, and 17 basic infractions.

A follow-up inspection on the same day found six remaining violations. The Pasco County restaurant was not ordered to close but requires a second inspection.

This is What Happened During The Inspection

Initial findings during the complaint inspection highlighted various infractions, starting with high-priority violations such as unsuitable handwashing practices, with an employee touching their hair before handling clean glassware.

The restaurant was also noted for inadequate grease disposal and the presence of live flying insects in essential areas such as the kitchen and food storage.

Meanwhile, several intermediate violations were present as well, including unclean food-contact surfaces and the lack of essential testing kits for proper cleaning.

Basic violations included a buildup of a mold-like substance in the ice machine, dead roaches in multiple locations, and unsuitable storage of employee beverages and personal items in food preparation areas.

Beef O Brady's, known for its Irish-inflected pub fare and sports atmosphere, typically maintains a 4.0-star rating from 938 Google reviews.

Katie Beard, a customer, shared on Google reviews:
