    MSP officer to discuss human trafficking on July 23 at Otsego County Library

    GAYLORD — Community Services Trooper Corey Hebner of the Michigan State Police will discuss human trafficking at 6 p.m. on July 23 at the Otsego County Library, 700 S. Otsego Ave. in Gaylord.

    Admission is free and all adults are invited to attend.

    Hebner will discuss the following: what human trafficking is and isn’t, the types and signs of human trafficking, why victims don’t report to authorities and tips to empower community members.
