Shooting in Flint hotel parking lot kills woman, police looking for answers
FLINT, Mich. – Police are asking for the public’s help for information on a shooting that happened on Flint’s east side. Around 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 21, 2024, a woman was found shot to death in the parking lot of the Travel Inn located at 2002 S. Dort Hwy.

SAGINAW, Mich. (WNEM) - After an unsettled start to the week, we are set to move into a quieter pattern later for the rest of this workweek and most of the weekend. There is a small chance for a few lingering showers tonight, but with the coverage expected to be isolated, more areas will stay dry than wet. Man pleads guilty to hiding stolen cars
CARO — A 36-year-old Vassar man has pleaded guilty to receiving and concealing two stolen vehicles, and concealing the identity of a third vehicle. Investigators say Joshua D. Zimmerman received and concealed a stolen 1971 Lincoln Continental, and a stolen 1967 GMC pickup truck. Police said they don’t know the dates of those crimes.
