RPD: Man arrested for ghost gun, relative fought officers during arrest
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Two men were arrested, one of them accused of fighting police officers, during a ghost gun investigation. On Monday night around 11 p.m., Rochester police responded to the area of Genesee Street and Moran Street for shots fired. Officers said they found a Cadillac driving away fast. After failing to stop the car, officers chased it to Epworth Street where two individuals got out and ran.
