As celebs flood the city, the 'Big Apple' is set to look like the 'Big Fashion'

New York City — When it comes to fashion, few cities on the planet can rival the Big Apple. Yet even cities named "Paris" or "Milan" can't compete with NYC's ability to draw the biggest celebs.
