Delaware knows it’s low lying - they often joke that we have 3 counties, but it’s 2 if it’s high tide. We are an agricultural state which means you don’t develop most of it. We grow corn (sweet & cattle feed), soybeans, sourgum, wheat, potatoes, peppers. We also raise chickens for sale. We don’t need technology build up, but we have it in the north.
