ARC honors Clinton Co. first responders at heroes' field day
PLATTSBURGH | The Advocacy and Resource Center of Clinton County (ARC) held a special event Aug. 28 to honor area first responders. A Guns N Hoses heroes' field day gave community a chance to see firsthand some of the tactics used in emergency response.
