Folsom Police seek community help to locate missing woman
The Folsom Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating an “at risk” missing person, Terri Thompson-Liggett. Thompson-Liggett, 67, is described as a white female, 5 feet 1 inch tall. She was last seen wearing a t-shirt and black pants.
