    Corruption in Madison County Probate Court: Stripping Wealthy Victims

    Image having your elderly father stripped from you by the court system and placed into conservatorship. Is this what the Madison County Probate Court does to the wealthy in Alabama.

    Around 5 years ago, Raymond Dupree a successful Configuration Manager Director with awards from NASA, and graduate of Auburn University faces isolation and doesn’t have access to his fortune. Daughter Leigh Ann only wants to take care of her father but is faced with the roadblocks brought by the Madison County Probate Court.

    Probate Judge Frank Barger has questions from the people that need answering. We could not locate this judge’s law degree, as it doesn’t bar him from serving in the position.
