Pennsylvania Lottery scratch-off ticket worth $1 million sold in Gettysburg

ADAMS COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Someone in the Midstate is a winner as the Pennsylvania Lottery announced Wednesday that a million-dollar ticket was sold in the region.

The Million Dollar Cashfall ticket was bought by someone at the Royal Farms located at 1580 York Road in Gettysburg, according to a news release.

For $20, players can buy the Million Dollar Cashfall scratch-off ticket that offers top prizes of 1$ million.

The convenience store will get a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket, the Pennsylvania Lottery says.

Scratch-off tickets are distributed at random, so there is no idea what stores may hold the winning tickets. It is only after the tickets are sold, is when the Pennsylvania Lottery learns where they were.
