Higley USD offering credit acceleration through Higley Virtual Academy

Higley Unified School District is offering summer courses for credit acceleration through Higley Virtual Academy.

Course offerings include American/AZ History, American Government, Biology, Earth Science, Economics, Health Opportunities through P.E. and World History.

Session 1 will begin May 27 and run through June 18 with in-person finals June 19 and 20.

The second session will be held June 20 through July 12 with in-person finals July 15 and 16.

This opportunity is open to incoming freshmen and returning high school students. Courses cost $175 per session.

Enrollment must be approved by the student's guidance counselor.

The deadline to enroll is May 26.

Students can enroll in any of these accelerated courses by visiting www.husd.org/enroll .
