Dalfen Industrial acquires Gilbert Distribution Center

An entity tracing to Dalfen Industrial acquired the Gilbert Distribution Center for $16 million from a related entity, with an unspecified amount of new debt with Bridge Investment Group, according to commercial real-estate website vizzda.com

Per press releases and media outlets, the property at 1495 E. Baseline Road, Gilbert, is recapitalized in a joint venture between Dalfen Industrial and RGA ReCAP Real Estate Investments (on behalf of Reinsurance Group of America, Inc - RGA).

The industrial flex space is about 109,510 square feet in one Class A, multitenant building built in 2015 on 8.16 acres zoned Business Park.
