HAMLER, Ohio — Liberty Center got a major battle from Henry County rival Patrick Henry Friday night, but the visiting Tigers rallied from behind in the closing minutes to escape with a 21-15 Northwest Ohio Athletic League football victory. Senior running back Waylon Rentz closed a 13-play, 60-yard drive on a 5-yard touchdown run with 2:15 remaining to lift Liberty Center (7-0, 4-0 NWOAL) to its 32nd straight regular-season win. “It feels good to be able to battle back after all of that adversity we faced,” Rentz said. “It's a great win and it shows what we're capable of. “We just wanted to keep pounding it down their defense, and we wanted to keep running as hard as we could.
