Mansfield City Schools may sunset Tyger Digital Academy
MANSFIELD — The Tyger Digital Academy may be going offline for good. The Mansfield City Schools Board of Education has scheduled a special meeting Tuesday, July 9 at 5:30 p.m. to discuss and possibly vote on the closing of the Academy, according to a special meeting notice sent out by the district.

Galion man sentenced after plea agreement on charges of felonious assault, strangulation
A Galion man was sentenced to a minimum of five years in prison after pleading guilty to two felony charges in Crawford County Common Pleas Court. During a change of plea hearing June 26, Evan G. Holloway, 23, pleaded guilty to one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony, and one count of strangulation, a third-degree felony. He was sentenced to a minimum of five years and a maximum of 7 1/2 years in prison on the assault charge and three years on the strangulation charge, according to court records.

Food contact surfaces not easily cleanable (critical, corrected). Observed scissors that are not easily separable that are used to open foods packages. PIC removed scissors from service.
