    Beef and Potato Stew

    For those who have a deep appreciation for the classic combination of steak and potatoes, this hearty stew is sure to satisfy your cravings.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 pounds of beef round steak, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
    • 1 large onion, diced
    • 1 cup of water
    • 3 to 4 tablespoons of self-rising flour
    • 4 beef bouillon cubes
    • 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning salt
    • 2 teaspoons of freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons of smoked paprika
    • 6–8 large russet potatoes, cubed or diced
    • 1 (8-ounce) can of tomato sauce

    Instructions:

    In a stew pot, brown the beef and diced onion over high heat for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring frequently.

    Add water, self-rising flour, beef bouillon cubes, seasoning salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika to the pot. Stir well and reduce the heat to medium.

    Add the potatoes and tomato sauce to the pot, stirring to combine.

    Simmer the stew over medium-low heat for about 1 1/2 hours, checking and adding liquid as needed. Adjust seasoning to taste.

    Serve hot and enjoy the comforting flavors of this delicious beef and potato stew.

    I made it was really good but to much pepper next time less we also added carrots and celery 😋 so good crumble some good cornbread on it 🤤 Omg I'm keeping this thank yah
