    Country-Style Pork Loin Chops

Indulge in the comforting flavors of home-cooked goodness with these Country-Style Pork Loin Chops! Perfect for a cozy night in or a family gathering, this recipe is sure to become a favorite in your home.

    Ingredients:

    • 6 pork loin chops, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick
    • 1/2 cup of canola oil
    • 1 cup of self-rising flour
    • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
    • 2 teaspoons of onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
    • 1/4 teaspoon of seasoning salt
    • 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

    Instructions:

Heat the canola oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

In a bowl, combine 1 cup of self-rising flour, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 2 teaspoons of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of seasoning salt, and 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper. Mix well using a fork.

Dredge the pork loin chops in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess, and carefully transfer them to the hot skillet.

Fry the pork loin chops in batches, cooking 2 to 3 at a time to prevent overcrowding the skillet, depending on their size.

Cook the chops until they achieve a deep golden brown color, approximately 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through based on the thickness of the chops.

Transfer the cooked chops to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess grease.

Serve the Country-Style Pork Loin Chops with your favorite side dishes and savor the delicious flavors!
