    Looking for a delicious dinner option that can be ready in under 30 minutes? Look no further! This quick and easy recipe is perfect for busy weeknights when you need a satisfying meal in a hurry. Give it a try and impress your family with these tasty meatball subs.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 large onion, sliced into rings
    • 1 (20-ounce) package of Angus Beef Meatballs
    • Cheese sauce
    • 1 tablespoon of canola oil for the skillet
    • 1 package of hoagie or hot dog buns

    Instructions:

    Begin by peeling and slicing one large onion into rings.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion slices to the skillet, spreading them out evenly.

    Place the meatballs on top of the onion slices, and cover the skillet with a lid. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes.

    Once the onions are cooked down and tender, stir them with the meatballs. Allow the meatballs to brown and the onions to caramelize for another 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

    Turn off the burner and add your desired amount of cheese sauce over the meatballs and onions. Stir well to ensure the meatballs are fully coated with cheese.

    Place at least three cheesy meatballs in the center of each bun, and top with caramelized onions.
