    Ingredients:

    • 1 pound of Sirloin steak
    • 2 tablespoons of butter
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced

    Instructions:

    Take the sirloin steak out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes. This will help it cook more evenly.
