    Honey Loaf Bread Recipe

    Hey guy's! Are you interested in baking delicious and sweet bread in the comfort of your own home? Look no further than this simple recipe for honey loaf bread!

    Ingredients:

    • 3 cups of self-rising flour
    • 1 1/4 cups of evaporated milk
    • 1/3 cup of honey
    • 2 tablespoons of melted butter to be brushed over the top of the bread

    Instructions:

    To begin, grease an 8 x 4 inch bread pan.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and evaporated milk. Use a wooden spoon to blend them together until the mixture is smooth, ensuring there are no lumps of flour. Be cautious not to overmix, as this may result in a tough loaf of bread.

    Next, add the honey to a saucepan and gently warm it over low heat just until it reaches a thin, runny consistency.

    Add the honey to the bread batter and stir until it is thoroughly incorporated.

    Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes, or until the bread is fully cooked.

    To test for doneness, trump the top of the loaf. It should sound hollow when it's done.

    Flip the bread out of the pan and place it on a wire cooling rack. While the bread is still warm, brush the melted butter over the top and sides of the loaf.

    Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.
