    Country Pasta Casserole

    Pasta has always been a staple ingredient in my kitchen, known for its versatility in creating hearty and delicious meals. Not only does pasta provide a cost-effective way to feed large families, but it also serves as a satisfying and nutritious meal option. My country pasta casserole recipe embodies all these qualities, offering a flavorful and wholesome dish in one.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 pound of egg noodles
    • 2 pounds of ground chuck beef
    • 1 can of tomato soup
    • 1 can of cream of celery soup
    • 1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 cup of evaporated milk
    • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon of celery flakes
    • 1/2 cup of grated Swiss cheese
    • 4 quarts of water to cook the pasta in

    Instructions:

    Lightly grease a casserole dish and set it aside.

    Add 4 quarts of water in a pasta pot and bring it to a boil. Add 1 pound of egg noodles and cook them for about 12 minutes. Then drain the water off and pour the pasta back into the pasta pot. Set aside.

    Meanwhile, cook 2 pounds of ground chuck beef in a large skillet for about 12 to 15 minutes over medium-high heat. Drain the excess grease off the meat. Set aside.

    In the pasta pot, combine the soups with the evaporated milk, garlic, onion powder, celery flakes, and Swiss cheese, then add the beef. Stir well.

    Spoon the pasta and meat mixture into the prepared casserole dish. Transfer to a 375-degree oven and bake for 25 minutes.

    Serve and enjoy!
