    Savory Stuffed Minced Meat Puff Rolls

    Elevate your dining experience with these delectable stuffed minced meat puff rolls. These savory pastries are filled with perfectly seasoned minced meat, encased in a flaky puff pastry shell. Each bite is a symphony of flavors and textures, sure to delight your taste buds.

    Ingredients:

    For minced meat:

    • 1 pound of ground beef
    • 1 onion, finely chopped
    • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon of cumin
    • 1 teaspoon of paprika
    • Seasoning salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    For Puff Rolls Dough:

    • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 cup of butter, cold and cubed
    • 1/2 cup of cold water
    • Kosher salt to taste

    Instructions:

    In a pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, seasoning salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Cook until the onion is soft. Set aside.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and kosher salt. Add the cold butter and mix until crumbly. Slowly add the cold water and knead until a dough forms. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes. 

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

    Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Cut into smaller rectangles.

    Place a spoonful of the minced meat mixture onto each rectangle. Roll up the dough to enclose the filling.

    Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown. 

    Serve hot and enjoy your delicious stuffed minced meat puff rolls!
