    Spaghetti Pecorino Romano

    Spaghetti with Pecorino Romano is a classic Italian dish that combines al dente pasta with the sharp and salty flavors of Pecorino Romano cheese.     Ingredients:

    • 1 pound of spaghetti
    • 1 cup of grated Pecorino Romano cheese
    • 4 tablespoons of butter
    • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
    • Seasoning salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
    • 4 quarts of water

    Instructions:

    Boil a large pot of water and cook the spaghetti for about 12 minutes, or until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.

    In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

    Next, add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and coat the noodles with the garlic butter.

    Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the grated Pecorino Romano cheese over the spaghetti. Toss well to combine.

    To taste, add seasoning salt and freshly ground black pepper.
