    Pepperoni, Pepper Jack Cheese Meatballs

These delicious meatballs can be used in a variety of dishes, such as spaghetti and other pasta recipes, or as the star ingredient in homemade meatball subs. Get creative and enjoy the mouthwatering flavors of these perfectly cooked meatballs.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 pound of ground chuck
    • 1/4 cup of finely diced onions
    • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
    • 1/2 cup of chopped pepperoni
    • 1/2 cup of grated pepper jack cheese
    • 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

    Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, pepperoni, pepper jack cheese, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and freshly ground black pepper.

    Shape the mixture into meatballs.

After shaping all of the meatballs, heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add approximately one tablespoon of olive oil. Allow the oil to get hot.

To enhance the flavor and texture of your meatballs, carefully add them to the sizzling hot oil in the pan. Allow them to develop a golden brown crust on the bottoms and sides for approximately 6 minutes before flipping them over to cook the other side for an additional 6 minutes.

If desired, you can remove most of the excess oil from the pan at this point, although this step is optional. Personally, I prefer to drain the oil to avoid overly greasy meatballs.

By searing the meatballs first, you can prevent them from falling apart during the cooking process. Lower the heat to medium and continue cooking the meatballs for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently to ensure even cooking. Once the meatballs are fully cooked and beautifully browned, transfer them to a paper towel-lined serving platter.

    Serve and enjoy!
