    Flourless Chocolate Cake

Are you ready to indulge in a delectable treat? Look no further than this exquisite Flourless Chocolate Cake. This Flourless Chocolate Cake is a true delight for any chocolate lover. Its rich, velvety texture and intense cocoa flavor will leave you craving for a second helping. Enjoy this decadent dessert on its own or pair it with your favorite ice cream!

    Ingredients:

    • 8 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate
    • 8 tablespoons of butter
    • 3/4 cup of granulated Splenda or granulated white sugar
    • 3 large eggs
    • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder

    Instructions:

Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 8-inch round cake pan and set it aside.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate and butter. Heat the mixture in short intervals, stirring each time, until the chocolate and butter have melted into a smooth consistency.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated Splenda (or granulated white sugar) and eggs until well combined.

Gradually pour the melted chocolate and butter mixture into the egg mixture, stirring continuously. Ensure that the two mixtures are thoroughly incorporated.

Sift the cocoa powder into the batter and gently fold it in until no lumps remain. Be careful not to overmix.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, spreading it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

For an added touch, you can dust the cake with powdered sugar or serve it with a dollop of whipped cream.
