    Garlic Brown Rice

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup of brown rice
    • 2 cups of water
    • 2 cloves of minced garlic
    • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

    Instructions:

    Start by rinsing the brown rice under cold water to remove any excess starch. Then, in a medium saucepan, combine the rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 45 minutes or until the rice is tender.

    In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 to 2 minutes, or until it's translucent.
