Man sentenced in public nudity case

GIRARD, Ohio (WKBN) — A man facing charges after police found him naked along a busy road in Liberty Township entered a plea agreement in court Wednesday.

Terrance Hamlin will pay a fine of $150 and court costs after entering a no-contest plea agreement before Judge Jeffrey Adler.

Hamlin was found guilty of a misdemeanor charge of persistent disorderly conduct, amended from the original charge of resisting arrest. Charges of public indecency and disorderly conduct were dropped.
