Police are searching for a gunman who robbed a convenience store in Glasgow early Sunday.

The incident happened just after 3 a.m. at the Royal Farms at 2808 Pulaski Highway, according to Delaware State Police.

The robber entered the store, pointed a gun at an employee and demanded money. He also ordered a second employee to get on the ground, police said.

The employees complied, and the robber fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was injured.

The store's surveillance camera system stopped working as the robbery occurred, though police did not detail the circumstances or specify whether it was damaged by the robber.

The robber was described only as a Black man wearing a face mask.

Anyone with information about the incident should contact Det. J. Dempsey at 302-365-8472. Information can also be provided by contacting Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333 or delaware.crimestoppers.com.
