HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — The Virginia State Police are hosting a free motorcycle self-assessment course. The event will be this Saturday, July 20, from 8:30 to 1 and riders can ride, learn, and practice rider safety through the S.I.P.D.E process which stands for Scan, Identify, Predict, Decide, Execute.
