ROCKINGHAM — A Richmond County bondswoman is facing a charge from the N.C. Department of Insurance for allegedly using someone unlicensed to help with her job. NCDOI, which licenses bail bondsmen, announced in a June 27 press release that 43-year-old Tyrannia Marcia Ellerbe, of Rockingham, had been arrested and charged with a misdemeanor count of aiding and abetting unlicensed bail bonding.
