July is finally here in Rio Nido
We have had some pretty warm days in Rio Nido. It is great to see neighbors basking in the sun, walking their dogs, riding their bicycles and just strolling through the neighborhood. Mornings in Rio Nido are usually cool, sometimes a bit misty or foggy for those of us who prefer getting out and exercising in the mornings. It's also good for your fur babies so their paws don't get burned from the hot concrete.
New EV Charges Planned to Close the Gap
Healdsburg has been coming up short some $37,000 annually on its EV charging program, the City Council learned a couple of weeks ago. For every $44,000 it costs for the electric chargers to operate, including the actual price per kilowatt hour to run the chargers, the city only collects $7,000 in fees.
