Disaster Relief for Dubuque: How to Apply for Assistance Programs
On July 16th, 2024, Governor Kim Reynolds issued a disaster proclamation for several counties, including Dubuque, in response to severe storms that struck the area on July 15th. This proclamation allows for state resources to be used for recovery efforts and activates two key assistance programs: the Iowa Individual Assistance Grant Program (IIAGP) and the Disaster Case Advocacy Program (DCA).
