Cushman & Wakefield buys Glendale office building

Cushman & Wakefield announced the firm has arranged the sale of a Class A two-story 31,350-square-foot office building in Glendale.

The now-vacant freestanding building sold to an undisclosed owner/occupier for $5.375 million.

Eric Wichterman, Mike Coover and Alexandra Loye with Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix in collaboration with John Pierson of JLL represented the seller, Arizona Dental Insurance Service, Inc. d.b.a. Delta Dental of Arizona.

“This high-quality office property presented a unique opportunity for an owner/user to acquire a mid-size office building featuring modern architecture, a highly appealing and efficient floor plan, high-end finishes and furniture in place that enabled the building to essentially be move in ready,” stated Vice Chair Eric Wichterman.

“The building was exclusively built for Delta Dental in 2007, and features a full ground-floor kitchen, substantial seating area, outdoor patio, several conference rooms, perimeter offices, a board room with a private kitchen and storage room, executive suites, and a balcony on the second floor,” stated Managing Director Mike Coover.

Located at 5656 W Talavi Blvd, the property is situated in a dense urban infill location within just a few miles of Loop 101, providing access to the entire valley’s freeway system plus a significant population base in proximity.
